TVi Media is a New York City-based advertising sales organization which specializes in building and monetizing markets for emerging Television Networks (both cable and broadcast) and Nationally Syndicated Television Shows.

Founded in 1980 by John Andariese, TVi Media’s representation of high profile properties has been integral to the growth and development of the DRTV (Direct Response Television) industry. With over 40 years of combined DRTV ad sales experience, TVi’s sales force provides its clients with tremendous national coverage producing outstanding revenue growth and personalized service.

A prominent player in DRTV for over 30 years, TVi’s marketplace specialty is assisting emerging channels/networks in building market awareness, sales volume and providing targeted analysis with well-defined strategies that ultimately allow them to transition to independent growth. Among the many new and emerging networks assisted by TVi are NFL Network, NBA TV, MLB Network, BET, Primetime 24 and others.

TVi Media Co-Founder John Andariese TVi Media was founded in 1980 by John Andariese, known as “Johnny Hoops” during a thirty year career as color commentator for the NY Knicks and NBA TV. A prominent player in the direct response arena, as CEO of TVi Media John has utilized his abilities as a passionate advocate and skilled communicator on behalf of his clients in assisting them to realize their potential. John started as a Knicks radio analyst in 1972 and served in that capacity for Madison Square Garden Network (MSG) and various Knicks radio outlets until 2012. He also served as the Knicks television analyst on MSG for twelve seasons, from 1986 to 1998. During his career, John hosted for NBA-TV, “Legends with Johnny Hoops”, an in-depth sit down interview with a different NBA legend each week. Guests were drawn from the great players, coaches and personalities that contributed to NBA history. With over 30 years in the broadcasting business and widely regarded as one of the best commentators in the NBA, John is one of the rare analysts who never played or coached in the NBA. As a player in New York City, John was a standout forward and three-time All City Player for the Fordham Rams from 1956-1960 and is a member of the New York City and Fordham Basketball Halls of Fame.
